VCA Village now presents itself as an extremely sophisticated and professional veterinary facility. Our clients are “wowed” from their first step through the front door and their enthusiasm escalates as they tour the hospital. The staff is so proud of where they work. The remodel had been wonderful for morale. The hospital environment is more efficient and will improve the quality of medicine. The kennels are immaculate and there are no safety issues that impede care of our patients. The doctors are so happy they can hardly contain their pride in the facility.
Kline Construction has done an incredible job. The finished product speaks for itself. Everyone’s conduct on site was professional, friendly, and responsible. The crew did everything possible to accommodate our needs so we could conduct business as usual. There was not a single complaint from any client regarding the construction process. Our remodel was handled as a partnership and genuine teamwork made this construction process almost painless. By working together, our renovation was completed close to the specified timeline and within budget.

Good afternoon Mr. Kline, – I am writing this note to express how pleased we are with how well demolition and construction planning has gone with our project. When Rob came by this last visit, he really did a great job in making some final suggestions to improve on traffic flow and usage of precious floor space.
In addition we appreciate the opportunity to build the entry tower the way our original architect, Dr. Osborn and I had planned, but, with great improvements. These improvements suggested by Rob, Travis, and ourselves will shorten and strengthen the tower, save money, and have a much more substantial look. In addition we preserve a portion of the original entryway towers.
Travis has been wonderful to work with as well as of all of your staff. Thank you so much. We look forward to an awesome, beautiful, and functional building. VCA Woodland Central will once again be the center of the Woodland universe here in Oklahoma.

Dan Tirabasso and John Felice have exceptional attitudes towards our hospital and the needs we have while construction is ongoing. They are aware of the cleanliness requirements and sensitive to the employees and clients. Disruption to our business is minimal due to their wonderful outlook. I have even found them checking to verify that other workmen, delivery people, or even family members of employees really belong in the building.
